Slacking!

Opppps how time flies!


What with the website crashing, holidays and children's birthday I have been super busy!


So surprise, surprise for my daughters birthday she wanted a pamper party with nails being done LOL.  I chose to paint them all with Layala Holographic as it dries so fast and got friends doing the stamps with the double ended stamper which is so good for pink special polishes and tiny nails.  It was all such a blur I don't even think we managed any pictures - oppps.


All in all a great day but blooming tired today :-), it is worth it though to have such a happy girl.

I'm BACK!!!!

So I have come home from holiday to my new Layla delivery - yeah!!! 

I did not order all of the new mirror polishes but have tried these 4 to start with.......... I need to open bottles to swatch but have a ton of washing and am very tired!  Another job for this week.

Other Layla Polishes

So this lady has been playing with the new Layla Ceramic effects, they look great!  http://morenailpolish.blogspot.co.uk/


I really love Layla Holographic and Magneffects but they do make me work for the privilege! I am looking forward top the new supplies coming in and also the new Layla Mirror polishes though :-)


So I had a pedi today and took my Konad along for the my therapist to Konad my big toes.  Perfect for around the pool as used Barry M silver.  I think the new Mirror polishes will stamp just as well, will have to open them to see LOL.


Away from the hotseat for a week now - whoop.

Vogue Beauty

Well today I receive an email about Vogue wanted to feature Konad, how exciting! 


I have to pay for the add but I think it is well worth the risk - it's VOGUE!!!!!!!  Never dreamed I would have my name in there thats for sure! 

Nail Tattoo

So my paper arrived today to try the nail tattoos such as the post I linked to the other day - EXCITED!!!!


Excitement soon turned to frustration when I realised it's hard!  Also the paper that I brought seems to be much different to hers; with mine you print essentially onto the sticky tattoo film cut around the image, peel it from the backing and stick it on - sounds ooohhhhhh so simply but the thing tends to roll up and the file is quite cloudy so when over the Layla it turns it flat matt.


All in all not a great experiment.  Will play tomorrow and hopefully get some pics.

New Layla Polishes & Fruit Nail Art

So I am still waiting for Layla to confirm the release date for the new colours;  how can it be so hard for suppliers to get information??????

On a different note I manage to find an image of 3 of the 4 fruity nail arts.  I think these are quite original and not something I have seen before.  I love the juicy apples.

Not much to report, am not feeling great.  Thank you to daughter for sharing lurgies!
